This is a private boat charter tour. If your group has fewer than 5 people but still wishes to charter a private boat, you may book at the 5-person rate and indicate the actual number of participants in the remarks. Please contact Love You You Semporna customer service to confirm arrangements.
If your group has fewer than 5 people and you do not book under the 5-person rate, it will be treated as a shared group tour. Refunds will not be accepted for refusing group sharing without prior notice. Thank you for your understanding.
If the booking amount is incorrect due to customer error, we reserve the right to request additional payment.
Boat size will be adjusted based on actual number of guests. Your understanding is appreciated.
