If your group has fewer than 5 people and you do not book under the 5-person rate, it will be treated as a shared group tour. Refunds will not be accepted for refusing group sharing without prior notice. Thank you for your understanding.
If the booking amount is incorrect due to customer error, we reserve the right to request additional payment.
Boat size will be adjusted based on actual number of guests. Your understanding is appreciated.
